Frequently Asked Questions
The practical details before you choose a box: payment, collection, allergens, timing, and what happens after checkout.
01 Payment and refunds
Order terms
Full payment is taken upfront and confirms your slot. Orders are non-refundable once baking has started, but a date change can be arranged when at least 48 hours notice is given.
02 Allergen notice
Kitchen notes
All bakes are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. Ingredient notes can be shared before baking, but cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
03 Pickup and collection
Greenwich collection
Collection takes place in Greenwich, London. Exact handover details are shared after payment is confirmed so pickup stays simple and secure.
Collection is from the Greenwich area only. Exact handover details are shared after payment is confirmed. Please arrive within your selected slot so your bakes stay at their best.
04 Lead time and availability
Weekly rhythm
Orders open on a rolling schedule with at least 24 hours notice. Popular weekends can close early when the baker is fully booked.
05 Privacy and terms
Your details
Your details are collected only to organise your order and collection time. Anonymous website analytics may also be used to understand page performance and form completion, but personal details are not shared or used for unrelated marketing.
06 Can I order for tomorrow?
Common question
Yes, as long as the slot shown on the form is still available and your order clears the 24 hour lead time.
07 How does payment work?
Common question
After building your order you will be taken to a secure checkout page to pay in full. Once payment is confirmed your slot is locked in and a confirmation is emailed to you straight away.
08 Do you offer allergen-friendly bakes?
Common question
We can share ingredient lists for each item, but because the kitchen handles multiple allergens we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free bake.
